These terms apply to purchases from Michigan AFC Playbook, operated by Ecentury Appraisal Services, LLC, 3034 Hawthorne Dr, Flint, MI 48503. By buying, you agree to them.

What you're buying

• The Michigan Adult Foster Care Startup Playbook ($67): a PDF guide and an editable spreadsheet, delivered as download links right after checkout.
• AFC Strategy Call ($197): one 30 to 45 minute phone consultation with Hal Morgan. After you pay, we call or text you within one business day to schedule it.

Educational information only

The Playbook and Strategy Calls share one operator's experience and publicly available information about Michigan adult foster care licensing as of October 2026. They are not legal, tax, financial or medical advice, and we are not affiliated with the State of Michigan or LARA. Rules, forms, fees and rates change. Confirm anything important with LARA, your licensing consultant, an attorney or an accountant before you act. We do not guarantee that you will be licensed, pass an inspection, fill beds or earn any particular income.

Your license to use the Playbook

You may download, print and use the Playbook and spreadsheet for yourself and your own business. Please don't share, resell, post or distribute them. All content is © 2026 Hal Morgan.

Refunds

• Playbook: if the files don't open or you bought it by mistake, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll fix the problem or refund you.
• Strategy Call: you can cancel for a full refund any time before the call takes place. Once the call has been held, it isn't refundable. If you need to reschedule, just let us know.

To request a refund, call or text (810) 428-1343. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.

Payments

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Charges appear on your statement as MI AFC PLAYBOOK.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
